Understanding & scoping

Skuad had to understand Akseleran’s hiring needs, practices and processes and team culture to attract the right set of candidates. We had to be aware of the tech stacks for which they needed talent, expected team size in the next 12 months (5-10 members), the in-house recruitment process and potential pain points.

Sourcing & vetting

We found candidates from various sources — vetted talent pool and talent portal (allremote.in), social job networks and a group of recruiters & agencies — to build a high-quality candidate funnel. All sourced candidates went through vetting exercises and an online assignment.

Recruitment & selection

Processes like dedicated weekend drives, daily channel of communication (Slack), weekly updates, etc., helped reduce the challenge of geographical boundaries as we enable companies like Akseleran to recruit in a remote setting.
