Transition
Since there were errors in payrolling, filing contributions & taxes with the previous EOR, we provided Find Staff with compliance advice regarding notice period and termination laws. This ensured that the employees moved to Skuad’s payroll without any pending compliance or tax issues.
Bulk onboarding
Skuad had to transition 20+ employees in one go for Find Staff. This included complexities like:
1. Getting compliant employment contracts drafted, reviewed and signed for all 20 employees in 5 days.
2. Ensuring that social contributions for all of them were registered compliantly.
3. Completing the entire onboarding within 10 days as planned to ensure timely payments in the next cycle.
Ongoing employment
After the successful onboarding of all 20 employees, Find Staff continues to manage their staff through the Skuad Platform.
