Can I offer private insurance to my employees on Skuad’s platform?
Absolutely! You can request and provide private insurance to your employees in 2 ways -
Option 1: While adding a new employee on the platform, choose ‘Yes’ against ‘Private Insurance Required’. Our onboarding team will then get back with insurance details and price for your further confirmation.

Option 2: You can also request for private health insurance anytime during an employee’s employment tenure. Simply go to ‘Help Request’ and raise a ‘New Request’.

Do I have to cover dependents if I offer healthcare benefits?
